Wild Ride Australia Terms and Conditions

Tours

  • All tours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Passengers must be properly attired in long pants and enclosed shoes.

  • Wild Ride reserves the right to refuse a ride to any passenger who is not dressed appropriately in long pants/jeans and enclosed shoes.

  • Jackets & helmets will be provided for the ride by the riders.

  • Wild Ride reserves the right to refuse a ride to any passenger who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  You will not be refunded any monies.

  • Time commences from your point of pick up as arranged at the time of booking. If you are late for your pick up your ride will still finish at the pre-arranged time so as not to inconvenience customers booked in after your ride.

  • All bookings will be charged for a minimum of 1 hour.

  • Tours may be cancelled by either party in the event of rain and rebooked for another time and will not incur any fees or additional charges.

  • We do not charge a surcharge for Public Holidays or after hours rides.

  • If pick up is out of the Sydney Metro area or further than Katoomba a travel fee may be charged, you will be advise on the travel fee before booking. All tolls are included in our prices but if you ask for a ride through a National Park that charges an entrance fee this will be added to your ride. Please note Royal National Park in Sutherland do not charge fees to ride through.

  • Important: It is the passengers responsibility to observe at all times the safety procedures as advised by the rider.  He will advise you not to touch certain parts of the bikes due to the intense heat and risk of burn.  It is the passengers responsibilty to adhere to these safety instructions and to ensure your clothing adequately covers your legs and feet at all times during the ride and when near the bike.  Wild Ride takes the utmost amount of care with our passengers but will take no responsibility for any injury suffered because the passenger did not follow these instructions.

Weddings

  • Time commences from your point of pick up.

  • All bookings must be  for a minimum of 1 hour.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% must be paid to confirm your booking.  The balance of payment will be required either on the day as cash or paid by other methods at least 1 week before.

  • For an escort we turn up rain, hail or shine.  If we are taking the groom and/or groomsmen on the bikes then our rain policy will apply and we are happy to give a refund if you need to cancel.

  • We do not charge a surcharge for Public Holidays, after hours or weddings.

  • Costs for park entry fees may be added to our prices.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

At Wild Ride we understand things come up and bookings need to be changed or cancelled.  Please find below our cancellation policy on Harley rides only. In the event of changes or cancellations for any of our package deals we are governed by the conditions of the operators of the other part of our packages.

Please note these charges and fees do not apply in the event a ride needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to rain.

Rides for 1 - 5 passengers

  • Can be rebooked for another time or date as long as we have at least 48 hours notice.  If you are unsure of a time you want to rebook for we will issue you with a voucher that is valid for 12 months for the tour.  There is no charge for this.
  • Bookings that need to be rescheduled within 48 hours of pick up will incur a flat rate $20 rebooking fee.
  • Bookings that need to be rescheduled with 2 hours or less til pick up will incur a rebooking fee of 50% of the value of their booking.
  • Bookings that are cancelled and a refund required with more than 48 hours notice - a cancellation fee of $25 or 10% of the booking (whichever is greater) will also be incurred. A refund will be given less the fee. Any bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice - all monies will be forfeited.

Rides for 6 or more passengers

  • Bookings that need to be rescheduled by date or time within 7 days of pick up will incur a flat rate rebooking fee of $220.
  • Numbers can be decreased within 7 days of the ride but there will be no refund of monies.
  • Numbers can only be increased within 7 days by prior arrangement.  
  • Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of pick up.
  • Bookings that are cancelled within 72 hours of pick up will forfeit all monies paid.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Photos

  • Wild Ride Australia Harley Tours reserves the right to use any photos taken by our riders of passengers in promotional material advertising our services.

  • We take no responsibility for any camera malfunctions which cause photos taken on your ride to be unavailable for download. The riders taking photos is a free service for our customers but not guaranteed on every ride.
